A Winner’s Strategy: Write to Win!
Have you ever been frustrated when others fail to heed your suggestions for change – changes that will bring value to the organization or project beyond what anyone could possibly hope to achieve?
Does it seem that others who don’t have a clue get immediate access to decision makers, when no one is listening to your solution that actually works?
If you’re not in a place where your ability to impact change comes from your position or relationships, you need a strategy for getting your voice heard.
You need to stop relying on a griot approach to communication.
You need to put your ideas in writing, and write to win.
Got Fear? Use it as a Motivator to Succeed
We all experience fear. Whether or not we admit is another conundrum, and another story.
That the specter of fear is always with us is not necessarily a bad thing, from my perspective. Why not use it as motivation to succeed.
The rationale for the perspective is that fear of performing badly is the flip side of being driven to be successful at whatever you do. It can drive you to practice and do whatever else is necessary to make sure that you perform to your expectations.

Help Wanted By a Potential Affiliate: How to Connect the Dots in Online Product Offerings
Those of us who have staked out the Internet as a legitimate point of commerce are always of the lookout for ways to monetize our site. Some, but not all, of us have come to terms with what we’re good at, what we love to do. And, we’re very good at it.
What I’ve always known intellectually is exactly the experience that I share with so many like me. Being good at something does not create revenue streams. Blindly acquiring the offers that fill our inbox to overflowing does not generate revenue, no matter what the ads promise.
What knowledge do you have that can help others today? Can you share a glimmer of it?
Just a Thought
Today, think about your personal knowledge base as a bank filled with assets that can be leveraged to do good. Then consider people you know in real life or online that could really benefit from just a nugget from your knowledge bank. Consider sharing one of your small nuggets that just might connect the dots that transform someone’s idea into reality. What a Blessing you will be sowing.
Maximize Your Personal Growth and Leverage: Be Willing to Change
Every day of our life brings circumstances that require us to adapt, to change. The world around us continues to change, whether we like it or not. Problems, or potential problems, will arise as a result of that change. Opportunities also arise. We see evidence of both problems and opportunities every time we access any kind of media. The question is, how are you choosing to react?
Reciprocity in Relationships: Building a Leverage Account
Characters in the Leverage television series use their collective skills as leverage to secure justice for people with nowhere to turn for help. Although they accept no payment for their services, we can anticipate that if the team ever needs assistance, people whom they have helped will come to their aid.
Although our acts of kindness are perhaps not as entertaining as Leverage TV, they do make deposits in what Stephen Covey calls an emotional bank account, and what we call our Leverage account. Whenever we do small favors through courtesy, kindness, honesty, and respect, we are adding to our Leverage account. It is this Leverage Account that fuels reciprocity and permits us to leverage our relationships in the attainment of a goal.
The Power of Inspiration: Sometimes it is the difference between giving out and moving forward
What inspires each of us to achieve is a varied as our personalities. For me, words, visualizations, and music can move me to joy or tears. These external stimuli trigger something within that reminds me of my passion, my commitments to myself, the person I can become. Reading inspiring words begin the process, but when I speak them, they become alive in my spirit and stay with me. The more I repeat them, the more they become part of me – my mantra. When I feel as though I can’t go on, my mantra refuels my soul and enables me to move forward.
Are We Making a Difference?
Each of us possesses some skill, some knowledge that can be of great value to other people. To the extent that we realize, recognize, and utilize what we know, we can leverage it to become known as an expert, make money, and make a difference.
Sharing our personal experience of turning ideas into reality can help someone on the brink of giving up have hope, knowing that she’s not alone.
